Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) form an agreement between you and Cropol Labs d.o.o., established in Croatia, with its registered address at Ulica sv. Ane 30A, 31000 Osijek, Croatia and company number 030322161 (Planique, we, us or our), concerning your use of the Planique mobile application and related services (the Service).
Please read these Terms before creating an account. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. The Private Vault Processing Terms apply when you activate a private-vault module. The Health Module Notice and Household-use Declaration also apply before Health is used.
At a glance
- You must be at least 18 years old and keep your account secure.
- Planique is for lawful personal or household organisation, not professional decision-making, official records, medical advice or emergency use.
- Your private-vault content remains yours and is available only through your account.
- Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Apple or Google until you cancel.
- Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or private content.
- Mandatory consumer, privacy and other legal rights continue to apply.
1. How do you accept these Terms?
You accept these Terms by making the separate acceptance choice and completing account registration. Acknowledging the Privacy Notice is a different action and is not consent to every form of personal-information processing.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not create or use a Planique account.
2. Who can have an account?
You must be at least 18 years old to create, hold or use a Planique account. Planique does not provide a parent or guardian registration route. At registration you must separately confirm that you are at least 18. We normally record only that you confirmed you are 18 or older, which policy version applied and when you confirmed it—not your date of birth or identity document.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your authentication methods secure and promptly tell us if you reasonably suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not share or transfer your account.
You may sign in using supported email/password, Google or Apple authentication. The relevant authentication provider has its own terms and privacy practices.
3. What does Planique provide?
Planique is a private life-organisation service. Depending on your tier and selected modules, it can help you create, organise, schedule, display, search, export and delete information concerning Calendar, Tasks, Meals, Journal, Health, Budget, Household, Work, Shopping and related planner functions.
Planique may calculate schedules, totals, repeated items, reminders and other views requested by you. It does not make medical, financial, credit, insurance, employment, investment or legal decisions for you or another person.
Features may differ by device, operating system, store, territory, subscription tier or release version. A feature shown in development material is not available until it appears in the production Service.
4. Service tiers
Planique offers Free, Standard and Premium access. The app and the relevant app store show the current features included with each tier before you subscribe. Feature availability may vary by device, operating system, store, territory or app version.
4.1 Free
Free provides the supported core planning tools, including manual record management, Calendar viewing, notifications, selected Meals features, supported languages and available sign-in options. The app identifies features that require a paid tier.
4.2 Standard
Standard includes Free features, Journal, supported scheduling, and your choice of exactly two paid modules from Health, Budget, Household, Work and Shopping. Meals and Journal do not use either of those two module selections.
Your initial two-module selection does not count as a change. After that, you may change both selected modules in one action no more than once every 30 days and no more than three counted times over the lifetime of your account.
4.3 Premium
Premium includes Standard capabilities and access to all supported paid modules.
4.4 Purchase information
Apple or Google shows the current localized price, currency, taxes, billing period and any available trial or introductory offer before you purchase. The information shown by the store at that point controls the transaction.
5. Purchases, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat supplies subscription-status and entitlement infrastructure but does not sell the subscription to you.
The applicable store charges your store account at purchase and at each monthly renewal unless you cancel in accordance with the store's rules. You can manage or cancel through the subscription controls in Planique, which direct you to the appropriate Apple or Google subscription-management service.
Unless the store or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal, paid access continues until the end of the already-paid period, and the account then moves to Free. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or private content.
Refunds, billing recovery, payment-method changes, price-change acceptance and store transaction issues are administered through Apple or Google under their rules. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, withdrawal, conformity, termination or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Do not rely on these Terms as a waiver of a statutory cooling-off period.
6. What happens after paid access ends
When paid access ends:
- paid-module entry screens and new paid writes may be locked;
- qualifying retained entries may remain visible read-only in Calendar;
- future paid automation and paid reminders stop;
- retained data remains available to applicable export and deletion controls; and
- you may renew later without subscription cancellation alone having deleted the retained content.
Account deletion and module deletion are separate actions with separate consequences. Some complete export workflows remain subject to their stated availability in the production Service.
7. Who owns your private content?
You retain your rights in information and files you enter into your private vault. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, organise, calculate, schedule, display, transmit back to you, export, secure and delete that content in accordance with your instructions, these Terms and applicable law.
Your vault is private to your account. Planique does not provide account-to-account sharing, public posting, professional record management or institutional access.
The Private Vault Processing Terms explain the instruction boundary, subprocessors and prohibited independent uses in more detail.
8. Acceptable personal and household use
You may use Planique only for lawful personal or household organisation. You must decide what information is appropriate to enter, keep it reasonably accurate where accuracy matters, minimise unnecessary identifying details and respect the privacy and rights of people described in your content.
You must not use Planique for:
- professional healthcare delivery, clinic or patient management;
- employer monitoring or employment decisions;
- insurance, credit or eligibility decisions;
- professional or commercial caregiving records;
- surveillance, stalking, harassment or unlawful monitoring;
- advertising, marketing profiling or data brokerage;
- building research or commercial datasets;
- selling or licensing personal information;
- violating intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- introducing malicious code, probing security, bypassing access controls or disrupting the Service; or
- any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
9. What should you know about Health and cycle estimates?
Health is an optional private organiser for information you keep for yourself or people you personally care for. It is not an official medical-record system, healthcare-provider service, patient-management platform, diagnostic tool, professional caregiver system or verified legal-representation service.
Planique does not verify identity, relationship, authority, medical accuracy or completeness. A custom profile label or relationship field is organisational only. It does not prove guardianship, parental responsibility, consent or legal authority.
Optional cycle estimates use the calculation described in the Optional Cycle Estimates notice. Estimates may be inaccurate, are not medical advice, and must not be used as a diagnosis, fertility guarantee or method of contraception, or as the sole basis for a medical or reproductive decision.
Seek qualified professional advice for medical concerns and urgent services in an emergency. Planique is not an emergency service.
10. Notifications and communications
Remote notification text is generic. Private module, profile, medication, cycle, appointment, financial or note details appear only after you open the authenticated Service. Delivery is not guaranteed and notifications must not be relied on for emergencies, medication safety or time-critical care.
We may send non-marketing transactional communications needed for account verification, recovery, security, subscriptions, legal-document changes, exports, deletion and similar service administration. We do not currently send marketing email.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to operate the Service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service, a feature or new account registration may be temporarily unavailable because of planned maintenance, security work, incidents, provider failures, updates, capacity limits or other operational reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide appropriate notice of material planned disruption.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features for legitimate product, security, legal or operational reasons. We will not use this clause to remove a mandatory consumer right. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, applicable law and the store's subscription rules will govern notice, termination and refund rights.
12. Account restriction, suspension and termination
We may proportionately restrict a record, module or account where reasonably necessary to investigate credible misuse, protect people or the Service, comply with law, respond to a competent authority, prevent security harm or enforce these Terms. Depending on risk, we may stop new entries or reminders, request an explanation or proportionate evidence, require deletion, suspend access or terminate the account.
We will not confirm whether a particular private profile exists to a claimant until identity, entitlement and competing rights have been appropriately assessed.
Where practicable and lawful, we will explain a material restriction and offer an appropriate review route. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent safety, security or legal reasons.
13. How do deletion and inactive accounts work?
You may delete individual records, an available profile, the Health module or your account using the controls provided. The confirmation screen explains the scope before a destructive action.
Planique records the latest successful authenticated account activity using a server-generated timestamp. We do not use this process to record a history of screens, actions or private-vault content.
After 24 consecutive months without recorded account activity, we may schedule the account and its private-vault content for deletion. We send warnings to the account email approximately 60 and 30 days before the planned deletion. Opening Planique while signed in and online, or contacting us to keep the account, cancels the process.
Before deletion, the Privacy Officer performs a manual final eligibility check. We pause the process where, for example, an active subscription, open request, complaint, incident, dispute, legal hold or unreliable warning delivery requires review. Deletion follows the account-deletion safeguards described in these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
14. Planique materials and licence
Planique and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, branding, Planique-created recipes/catalog content and other materials that are not your private content. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade-secret and other applicable laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Service only for its intended personal or household purpose. Revocation remains subject to these Terms, applicable consumer law and any other mandatory rights.
Unless Planique gives you prior written permission, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, duplicate or replicate all or any protected part of the Service;
- modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from protected Planique software or materials;
- distribute, publish, display, transmit, rent, lease, sell, resell, sublicense, assign or otherwise make the Service or protected Planique materials available to another person;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover or obtain source code, underlying structure or non-public technical information;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract or reuse Planique-created recipes, catalog content, databases or other protected materials;
- remove, hide or alter a copyright, trademark, attribution or ownership notice;
- use protected Planique software, branding or materials to create a confusing impression of affiliation, endorsement or authorization, or to copy protected expression into another product or service;
- bypass subscription, authentication, access-control, rate-limit or other technical protections; or
- help another person perform any of these prohibited activities.
These restrictions do not apply to your private content or to third-party components used under their own licences. They also do not restrict an action that Planique authorizes in writing or a right that applicable law expressly allows and does not permit us to exclude, including any mandatory rights concerning necessary use, backup copies, observation or testing, and limited decompilation for interoperability.
15. Third-party services
The Service depends on providers including app stores, authentication services, cloud infrastructure, push delivery and subscription infrastructure. Their own terms may apply to the relationship they independently provide to you. We remain responsible for our obligations that cannot be transferred to a provider.
16. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory data-protection and consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Planique is provided for personal organisation and is not a substitute for professional advice, official records, emergency services or independently verified information. You remain responsible for checking entries, reminders and estimates before acting on them.
These Terms do not include an additional contractual limitation or monetary cap on liability.
17. Changes to legal documents
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, product or operational reasons. We will display the current version and effective date. If a change is material, we will provide appropriate advance or in-service notice and request new acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without depriving you of any mandatory protection available under the law of your habitual residence. Courts and dispute-resolution rights are determined by applicable mandatory law. Nothing here requires a consumer to bring a claim only in Croatia where applicable law permits proceedings elsewhere.
Before formal proceedings, please contact support so we can try to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can write to us at planique.planner@gmail.com. This does not suspend a legal deadline or limit access to a regulator, court, store remedy or mandatory alternative dispute-resolution process.
19. General terms
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it only in accordance with applicable law and with appropriate notice and protection of your rights.
