1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Cropol Labs d.o.o. (Planique, we, us or our) uses cookies and similar browser technologies on the Planique public website.
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage and temporary security tokens, can also save or access information on a device. This policy refers to all of them as browser technologies where the distinction is not important.
2. Our current approach
The Planique website currently uses only browser technologies that are necessary to provide and protect the website or to remember that you have seen the cookie notice.
We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, behavioural profiling, cross-site tracking pixels or social-media tracking cookies. We do not ask for consent to optional cookies because no optional cookies are currently deployed.
3. Essential website storage
When you continue past the cookie notice, the website saves a version number and acknowledgement time in your browser's local storage. This prevents the same notice from appearing on every visit. The value is not automatically sent to Planique and is not recorded in Planique's database.
This storage is considered necessary for remembering the privacy choice presented by the website. It expires through the website logic after 180 days, when the notice changes, or when you clear it manually.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms
The Contact, Partnerships and Report a Bug forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. The Turnstile script loads only on pages containing one of these forms and creates a short-lived security token that Planique verifies before accepting a submission.
The standard Turnstile widget uses a one-time token rather than a clearance cookie. Cloudflare may set a cf_clearance cookie if Turnstile pre-clearance is enabled or if the website is protected by a separate Cloudflare security challenge. Such a cookie is used only for security and lasts for the challenge-passage period configured in Cloudflare.
Cloudflare may receive technical information needed to provide Turnstile, such as network, browser, device and interaction information. For more information, review Cloudflare's privacy documentation.
5. Server-side services
Planique fetches public legal documents from Supabase on the server and sends form notifications through Resend on the server. The website code does not use these services to place analytics, advertising or authentication cookies in your browser.
Form submissions and other personal information are covered by the Planique Privacy Notice. This Cookie Policy does not replace that notice.

6. How to control browser storage
You can clear Planique's local storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing essential security technologies may cause public forms to stop working, but the rest of the public website should remain available.
You can also use the button below to remove the saved notice acknowledgement and show the cookie notice again.
7. If our use changes
We will update this policy and the website controls before introducing analytics, advertising or other optional browser technologies. Optional technologies that require consent will remain disabled until a visitor makes a clear choice. Refusing them will not prevent access to the public website, and withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.
