Planique accounts are available only to people aged 18 or older.

What do you confirm?

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

What does Planique record?

Planique records that you confirmed you are 18 or older, which version of this policy applied and when you confirmed it. Planique does not routinely ask for your exact date of birth, identity document or selfie for account eligibility.

What if you cannot confirm your age?

If you cannot confirm that you are at least 18, do not create or use a Planique account. If this confirmation is no longer accurate, you must close the account because Planique does not provide accounts to people under 18.
