California Health Information Notice
Effective date: 17 August 2026
This notice explains how Cropol Labs d.o.o. handles medical and other Health information through Planique for California users. It is intended to supplement the Privacy Notice and address the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, including Civil Code section 56.06, where that law applies to Planique Health.
Cropol Labs d.o.o. is established at Ulica sv. Ane 30A, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, company number 030322161. In this notice, Planique, we, us and our mean Cropol Labs d.o.o.
Planique Health is an optional private tool that allows an adult account holder to organise personal or household Health information. It is not a healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment, a clinician-facing record system or medical advice.
1. Health and medical information Planique maintains
Depending on what the user chooses to enter or request, Planique may maintain:
- an abstract Health profile label, emoji and optional physical characteristics;
- medical history, health conditions, diagnoses, symptoms, tests, procedures, vital measurements and other observations;
- clinicians, appointments, visit notes, insurance and emergency contacts;
- medications, prescriptions, dosage, schedules, occurrences, adherence and reminders;
- pregnancy-related, reproductive, menstrual-cycle, fertility, sexual-activity and related test, symptom and note information;
- Planique-created schedules, summaries, Calendar views, reminders and optional cycle estimates requested by the user; and
- Health choices, document versions, deletion status and minimized security, rights-request or incident records needed to protect the service and people.
Planique does not require a legal name or relationship for a Health profile. A user must confirm that each profile is about the user or supported by the represented person's permission or appropriate legal authority and must stop adding or updating information and delete the profile if that basis ends.
Planique does not intentionally collect precise device location, wearable or medical-device feeds, HealthKit, Health Connect, provider records or Health information from insurers, employers, advertising networks, data brokers or public sources.
2. How Planique uses the information
Planique uses Health information only to provide the private functions the user requests: storing and organising records, displaying histories, creating requested schedules and reminders, calculating limited requested summaries or cycle estimates, securing the vault, providing a copy, making a correction or deleting information.
Planique does not use Health information for advertising, behavioural targeting, marketing profiles, research datasets, AI training, sale, licensing, insurance, credit, employment or eligibility decisions.
3. Confidentiality and disclosure
Planique maintains the confidentiality of medical information and does not disclose it without the person's authorization except where a disclosure is permitted or required by applicable law.
Supabase processes Health information as Planique's contracted database, authentication, file-storage and server-function provider solely to operate the requested service. Planique does not send Health content to notification providers, app stores, RevenueCat, Vercel, Resend, advertising services or diagnostics providers. Remote reminders are generic.
Cropol Labs d.o.o. has no corporate affiliates that receive Planique data. Planique does not sell Health or medical information and does not disclose it for advertising or another recipient's independent commercial purpose.
An account holder may deliberately export a Health profile and choose a destination through the device share sheet. That is a user-directed disclosure, and the selected recipient's practices apply after the user sends it. Planique may also disclose the minimum necessary information where a valid legal rule, court order, rights request, safety need or security incident authorizes or requires it. We assess the authority and scope before disclosure.
4. Sensitive reproductive and sexual information
Planique applies the same private-vault restrictions to reproductive, sexual, pregnancy, fertility, period and cycle information. It does not disclose that information to another Planique account, clinician, employer, insurer, advertiser, data broker or law-enforcement body merely because it is requested. Any legally compelled request is assessed for validity, jurisdiction, scope and available protection before a disclosure decision.
Planique does not collect precise location to identify a person seeking Health, reproductive or sexual health services and does not use Health information to send targeted advertising.
5. Accessing a copy and requesting a correction
You may request, without charge, a copy of medical information Planique maintains with respect to you. An account holder should use the authenticated Privacy & Legal data-copy control when available. You may also contact support or write to planique.planner@gmail.com.
Do not send Health records or identity documents through the form or ordinary email. We will arrange a controlled follow-up if additional information is reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority or the requested scope. A request for your own copy is not treated as authorization to disclose it to someone else.
You may correct supported records in the app or request correction of inaccurate information. If a request concerns a represented profile, Planique will not confirm that a profile or account exists until identity, authority, confidentiality and the rights of everyone involved have been assessed.
6. Withdrawal and deletion
Health is optional. Withdrawing the Health choice deactivates the module and deletes Health profiles, source records, Planique-created Health information, reminders and related Calendar items from active systems. A narrower profile or record deletion is available where supported.
Planique's residual encrypted database backups are designed to expire within seven days, and deletion instructions are reapplied if a backup is restored. A narrow record may be preserved where California or another binding law permits or requires it; it is not used for ordinary Health features.
7. Website technology and changes
The Planique website uses only cookies necessary to operate. It has no advertising, analytics, session replay or cross-site tracking. The contact form is not intended for medical information and accepts no attachments.
We will update this notice before materially changing the disclosed Health categories, purposes or recipients and will obtain an additional choice or authorization where applicable law requires it. The effective date above identifies the current version.
8. Contact
Please contact support if you have any questions or concerns not already addressed in this notice. Alternatively, you can write to us at planique.planner@gmail.com.
